FISHING AT SPRINGWATER LAKES
The two small, spring fed lakes are set in three acres of stunning Norfolk countryside. The well maintained and landscaped lakes offer a well stocked mixed fishery with purpose built wooden staging and fishing bays, some providing disabled access.
The surrounding area harbours an abundance of wildlife and plantlife. Great for bird watching, walking, artists and fishing, and an ideal location to relax and retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern day life.

Anyone in breach of these rules we be asked to leave with no refund.

Use keep nets.
Use braid.
Remove fish or plants from the site.
Fish after dark (without prior agreement).
Stalk the fish.
Leave rods unattended.
Light fires.
Use nuts, boilies, cat meat, trout pellets or ground bait.
